Digitalpoint has quite a lot of great tools on their site, I like this one best:

This Search Engine Position ranking tool keeps track of your SERPS rankings for specified keywords and shows position changes over time in a graph.

Thanks SEO-Julian,

I've been using this tool for quite a while and it's great, very good to keep track of the SERPS for multiple keywords or phrases.

Definately recommended!
